How CFOs use IT for Strategic Advantage

Summary:

Whether the CFO has overall repsonsibility for her firm's IT ifrastructure, or only uses it for financial reporting systems and corporate compliance purposes, IT considerations increasingly consume a CFO’s attention.  At a time when cost reduction, cost justification and ROI analysis rule the day, IT is increasingly becoming a source of compettive advantage.  CFOs are moving from viewing IT as a cost or profit center and are increasing thing of “IT as a Value Creator.”  The CFO has a tremendous opportunity to create a strategic advantage through innovative IT solutions.  Through this panel we will focus on a number of areas which can be used to serve that purpose.  Confirmed speakers include:
